Tamiya’s special Black Edition Mercedes-Benz Actros features a range-topping GigaSpace cab and is modelled in exacting 1/14th scale. The body parts have been professionally pre-painted in metallic black, and the kit features a range of realistic details – including metal leaf-spring suspension and friction dampers.
As additional extras (though not included in the competition prize), the tractor unit can be augmented with a realistic LED lighting kit to accurately recreate front and rear lights, plus a rumble kit to produce authentic engine vibrations when in operation.
