BYD showcased a stellar lineup of pure-electric commercial vans and trucks at IAA Transportation 2024. The pure-electric BYD E-VALI, 3.5t/4.25t light commercial vehicle (LCV) is designed specifically for the European market to meet last-mile and parcel delivery services. With a large cargo capacity and a range of 220 to 250 km (depending on variant).
The BYD EYT 2.0 Electric Yard Tractor for use in environments such as ports, terminals and general distribution as they transition to eco-friendly electric solutions. Up to 75t GCW, it offers a working time of up to 16 hours with quick charging between shifts for optimal productivity.
The BYD ETM6 has a range of up to 200km with a full load, with the convenience of DC (120 kW) charging (20% to 100%) in just one hour.
The BYD ETH8, a 19T eTruck, is well-suited to logistics and sanitation services, with the versatility of a multipurpose platform for different operations and two wheelbase options. This pure-electric truck has a practical range of 250 km, utilising a large 255 kWh battery capacity, which can be charged from 20% to 100% in 2 hours.
