Renault Trucks has introduced a two-year warranty for approved parts purchased and fitted within its authorised dealer network. The new warranty applies to all of the French manufacturer’s approved parts, except for filters, friction materials, bulbs and consumables. “At Renault Trucks, we aim to be the customer company and we’ve listened to their requirements,” said Ian Wrench, commercial aftersales director, Renault Trucks UK. “Warranty is an important issue and one we’ve addressed as being a priority.”
