Specialist plant hire business Quattro Group has invested in the standardising and modernising of its fleet of trailers with an order for 10 SFCL 67 four-axle step frames from Andover Trailers, worth nearly £700,000.
The East London-based company is responsible for providing 30 per cent of specialist wheeled and tracked ‘road rail vehicles’ (RRVs) used in the UK, as well as hiring machinery capable of dealing with a vast range of construction and civil engineering projects.
Having purchased secondhand trailers from them, Quattro Group was so impressed with Andover’s strong performance, it tasked them with building a fleet of new step frames to a bespoke specification.
