Dealer awards held by MAN Trucks have been announced for 2021.
The awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of the company’s dealer network.
In addition, they are designed to help staff strive for improvement and better business practices.
The Service Dealer of the Year award went to Manchetts Peterborough.
It was singled out for an ‘exemplary CXI score’ and ‘outstanding MOT performance’.
Furthermore, the dealership was also praised for its ‘customer first’ service commitment.
This effort was reflected with the takeover of an existing franchise site in Peterborough.
As a result, the facility began providing servicing for MAN customers operating truck, van, bus and coach products.
Meanwhile, the dealer awards also recognised Norscot of Aberdeen as the Parts Dealer of the Year.
Norscot Aberdeen exceeded targets throughout 2020 thanks, in part by the entire team engaging with campaigns.
In addition, they also helped manage a stock inventory to ensure customers maximised vehicle uptime.
Finally, the award for Above and Beyond Champion for 2020 went to R&A Scott Auto Services in Gainsborough.
MAN said the dealer had ‘raised the bar’ in going above and beyond.
In addition, its commitment to customer service had been recognised.
Specifically, the efforts made through ‘the tough and uncertain times of the Covid-19 pandemic’ were noted.
Matt Squires, director of new truck sales at MAN, was quick to praise all the winners.

“Each have shown a great willingness and eager ability to strive for better business practices.”
In conclusion, Squires said the awards help MAN recognise the work at individual sites.
