Eye, Suffolk-based Anglia Freight Ltd has chosen six Renault Range D 18-tonners on a five-year contract hire from BRS Ltd as its latest fleet additions.
The four additional and two replacement vehicles will join Anglia Freight’s 35-strong fleet and service its network territory in East Anglia as well as further afield in the UK, covering a range of groupage loads.
A full contract hire package is being provided by BRS with maintenance of the vehicles through the local Renault Anglia angles for Range D deal Trucks authorised network.
“We have been running Renaults for a while and we have been hearing good things about the performance of the new Euro 6 vehicles, so we wanted to bring them on board,” said Douglas Shawcross, director of the privately owned family business.
“BRS approached us at the perfect time as we were looking for some new vehicles. They were able to offer us the package we were looking for, as well as great value for money.”
