A fifth Iveco S-Way has joined the Williams Transport fleet as the company celebrates 50 years in business.
The operator was an early adopter of the S-Way from its launch in late 2020.
Furthermore, there are plans to add addition Italian models to the fleet in the future.
The fifth Iveco S-Way joins as a celebratory flagship.
The majority of the Williams Transport fleet features a two-tone ivory and green livery.
However, this vehicle harks back to the original colour scheme used when current MD, Andy Williams’ Grandfather started out.
Supplied by Guest Truck & Van in Peterborough, the 570hp 6×2 left the Madrid factory in white.
But, it has since been treated to a repaint from MA Harding in Rushden.
Today, the S-Way boasts a two-tone blue with white and red accents.
In addition, a number of items have been colour-coded to match.
For example, the chassis, wheel hubs and door mirrors feature the same paint job.
Also, the front grille and external sun visor got the same treatment
Meanwhile, Williams has had yellow outlining and signwriting in an old English typeface on his fifth Iveco S-Way.
Furthermore, the vehicle has been heavily accessorised.
The truck features a three-in-one combination perimeter lighting kit, PTO and bespoke side skirts.
Continuing, there’s a twin vertical exhaust stack.
“Personally, I really like the looks of the new Iveco S-Way, they’re stunning trucks,” commented Williams.
“We’ve had good prior experience with the running gear in various Stralis before and the new cab has made such a difference.
“Importantly, we’ve got a great 25+ year long relationship with Bal Singh at Guest Truck & Van.
Finally, a matching trailer has also been commissioned for the company’s fifth Iveco S-Way.
