Happy New Year! I hope it was a happy festive period for you all, and welcome to the first issue of Professional Recovery Magazine for 2024.
What’s the new year going to bring – who knows? But after the successes of last year, the recovery industry should rightly feel that times are changing, hopefully for the better.
The hot topic for the moment of course is EV vehicles; they’re here to stay and have asked many questions around their recovery and storage. Last month witnessed the first dedicated EV Seminar for the recovery industry, held at Leonardo Hinckley Island Hotel. In an industry first, AVRO and PROF joined forces and produced an informative and engaging seminar presented to a full room.
I’ll let Derek fill you in with all the details in his editorial this issue, but in a subject where there are so many grey areas, the more shared experiences and knowledge the better. Well done to both AVRO and PROF for putting on a great event.
