Cumbrian haulage and logistics company, Stalkers Transport Services Ltd, has recently purchased six new generation DAF XGs from Motus Commercials.
The company currently operates a fleet of 36 tractor units and two 26-tonne rigid trucks, with these new additions forming part of its fleet renewal programme.
Stalkers Transport has been relying on DAF products for over 40 years and Karen Stalker, as Managing Director of Stalker Transport, explained: “The reliability, driver experience and outstanding aftersales are all driving factors in our decision to continue to choose DAF Trucks for this latest order.”
Karen Stalker continued, “The support we receive from Motus Commercials, previously Solway DAF, is second to none. Their bar is set very high and we would be extremely hard-pressed to look elsewhere”.
